               1. Everyone is required to have a voice. You can’t hide in an online class

               2. Students need to post answers and reflections which raises their level of overall learning. When you post, you

               3. You increase the level of critical thinking with online course.

               4. Mentoring takes a  different format

               5. ePortfolios – Take the standards of the programme, take the samples of their work and show how they meet the standards of the course. Integrate electronic portfolio from the first day of the course.

             6. ePortfolio – There are dedicated softwares to assess eportfolios.

             7. There are softwares like task stream which students can’t access after the completion of course.

            8.  There are very few people who actually reflect. A course on reflective thinking is required.
